The venue will be the new Cruise Terminal, located within the main port area. The selection of Constantza has been made in recognition of the positive progress the Port has made as the primary hub port for the Black Sea region over the last 5 years.

With a throughput of just over 130,000 teu in 2002 container volumes are expected to exceed 2m teu by the end of 2008.
